To use your Elevator Unlocker, simply rez it on the ground and touch it. After a couple of seconds it will tell you your serial number. Copy this number and paste it into the “__config” notecard of your elevator car beside the text “SerialNumber=”. After your serial number has been entered you may follow the v2 elevator installation instructions to get your elevator running.

The installation instructions assume that you are installing the elevator from scratch, so if you’ve received your elevator system pre-installed in a building you may continue to follow the installation instructions for pre-installed v2 elevators.
