You can contact us via the contact form on this website, via instant message, or via inventory notecards. All support requests are generally answered within 12 hours by Stylez Gomez, however, you must allow up to 48 hours for us to reply. If you need immediate problem resolution you can try asking your question in the Union Micro Support group in-world.

Discount Products
There is no support offered for these items. A discount product is something we consider a freebie (L$0) or a dollarbie (L$1) and as you can imagine these items are given away in large quantities so it is not humanly possible or feasible for us to support these products. However, if you have a simple question that you want to ask us in an instant message, we’ll try to assist you as time permits. This also applies to any of our products that are found in freebie boxes – no support.
Full Price Products
We offer full support via instant message on all full price products. We will even make the occasional site visit if required, but most issues can be resolved via messages.
The exception to this is elevator installation. It is your responsibility to install your own elevator, however if you can’t get it to work after installing it, we will troubleshoot it with you. There are also installation services that can install your elevator for you. To use another analogy, if you buy a kit for a playground at Home Depot, they aren’t going to come back to your house and assemble it for you. You have to get out the instructions and your tools and put it together yourself.
Free support is a luxury, not a right. We will try to assist you in any way we can, but will not tolerate customers that are rude and disrespectful. Personally, for me, I work a full time job and Second Life is a hobby I do in my free time and I’d rather not spend my free time getting yelled at by someone who doesn’t want to read the instructions properly. Keep that in mind – we’re only human.
